Regarding this new generation, which of the big 3 has been more innovative?

Nintendo is the most innovative as the wii u gamepad and sony's VR is a add on headset it's cool but I believe this will not be popular with the devs as it means more money into this version of the game because of it, and that means they won't be implemented all the time and will be like the wii u and kinect just my theory

Besides, if you even had or used one.. All the Virtual boy did was project 3D images, nothing virtual reality about it.

So try again, Virtual Reality Glasses is completely new for consoles, where as the Kinect is not.

But it does go on your head and is a form of virtual reality is it not?

I refer back to your opening post.
Virtual Reality headset to consoles

You never mentioned 360 degree pattern or monitoring movements with a camera?

but the Virtual Boy wasn't a virtual headset, you never did wear it on your head, derp.

and it never attached to any console, it was a console itself with a controller. You just looked into two eye holes. What the hell, do you enjoy being beat to the earth?

Is he wearing it on his face? Yes, is his face connected to his head? My guess is yes, so I would figure that means he's wearing it on his head.

Also from Wikipedia.

the first "portable" video game console capable of displaying "true 3D graphics" out of the box, in the form of virtual reality.

That's not virtual reality, they considered N64's Mario Virtual Reality also, because the world is in 3D and it's not attached to his head, he's looking into two different color reflective lenses, it's the exact same as going to see a movie in 3D back in the 80s

Still doesn't change the fact, Sony is more innovative this generation.

Xbox has Kinect, Sony has the Camera which does everything the Kinect does; however, Microsoft doesn't have anything for VR, which is far more innovative and appealing to gamers than asking their Xbox to change the f****** tv channel

Edit:

Actually in Wikipedia it doesn't say form of virtual reality

says cheapness

None of them are innovative. Gaming is in a holding pattern right now

Funny enough, the Wii U looked like the most innovative...

Turns out it's total **** when it comes to games besides adding it for a map on COD or making blocks in one of the Mario games.
