What was your reaction when PSN got hacked and all of our credit card information was in the hands of hackers and Sony sat on that information for days before letting us know?

That was embarassing to just like this is as well. I've had both services they've both screwed up and anyone who say different is a troll.

The only service that has resulted in my actually having money spent on my account was XBL someone got a bunch of points. MS refunded my money that same exact day so no harm done. To be fair though I've used XBL way more than I have PSN.

TC if you think things like this are embarrassing, never search "Playstation Network Outage" on google. If this 5 year old stumbling across a bug is embarrassing, I can't imagine your reaction to 77 million accounts being hacked.

77 million accounts?

GTFO.

leave it to the dedicated hands of a fanboy to pull numbers out of their asses to try to make some irrelevant point in attempt to start an argument.

So I take it you didn't google it before replying?

youre the one making such an outrageous claim. the burden of proof lies in your hands

77 million people on ps3 got hacked eh? 77 million right on the dot. interesting.

im an xbox guy but i also have a ps3. i have alot of friends in town who have a ps3. i dont know anyone who ever had their accounts hacked or had their credit cards ran up or anything like that. With 77 million accounts being hacked as you say, you think i would have an easier time running into somebody who was affected by this problem, and maybe may have mentioned it right after the outage. . Especially when 77 million people were hacked. Did sony even sell that many consoles in the first place? If so, how many of them actually had a PSN account?

77 million people were hacked. okay. GTFO with your herpedy derpedy you fanboy,

I am glad you agree. As an owner of both I haven't had anything like the hassle I went through on PSN, it left a sour taste in my mouth in regards to their online service. Not because they were hacked but because they knew about it and waited to let us know that our personal information could be in the hands of hackers.

back on topic here with all the trolls and fanboys aside,.

praise be to the infinite power of the space bar!

the kid deserves a job at microsoft security for discovering such an exploit in their software. who was their testing team during the xbones development? they couldnt be any more intelligent than a monkey, because if you let a monkey bang away at a keyboard, it probably wont take him that long to discover the space bar either.

yeah microsoft can have all the money in the world but it couldnt seem to account for locating the space bar on their keyboard though its not a really big issue or anything like that (unless you have a huge stash of porn on your hard drive that you dont want your child to see) its just something to chuckle about.

but its cute to see the microsoft defense force all riled up over this going full fanboy and attacking sony every time something happens on the xbox.

Yeah he was clearly saying it was exactly 77 million bang on. You must think the article isn't true either. I doubt the kid in question was exactly 5 years old to the day.

Not arguing how severe that hack was, but this^. 77 million seems like an extreme exaggeration because, even including the non gamers, the amount of people with a psn account by that point was no where near that number.

Don't mention Playstation's failures, this is about Microsoft and how they aren't as good and if you bring up past issues well then...

In all fairness this is the Xbox One board, only X1 related posts should be here.
