Xbox One keeps asking "Do you own this game or app?"

It kept happening as I was playing Tomb Raider, that I got from Gamefly. I assumed it was because it was a Gamefly game, and the disc wasn't exactly perfect. It barely looked scratched, but it'd happen like every 30 minutes or so. Kick me to the dashboard, and make me eject the game.

It had only happened once in BF4, so I assumed it wasn't a big deal. And now it's happening on Rayman Legends. Is this a disc drive issue? It seems like it's not recognizing my discs....god damn it.

Disc drive sounds like it's broken. That how mine is (but I broke mine by accidentally placing the console down a little too hard while inebriated).

EDIT: Although it also might be a recent update related issue

Your One is feeling hurt and neglected and is being passive-aggressive as a result. I would suggest taking it out on a date, a nice romantic dinner for two, a walk by the river, maybe a carriage ride. Let it know you still love it.

Sounds like a disc drive issue to me. Error probably coming up because it suddenly can't detect the disc in the drive while playing from the HDD. You should probably call customer support.
