First thing is to trade in that Xbox One and get a PS4, and then get FFXIV A Realm Reborn. Depression depressed.
"On top the frozen creek, I would love to take you there."

Another Final Fantasy game? I think they're the reason for depression in Japan. Lol

An alternative to Red Dead Redemption or Lifting, I recommend Star Wars KOTOR. If you can get your 360 to work properly, play it and you'll be like "Depression, what is that?"

On spring break with literally nothing to do but be depressed in my room. So I want to get something that will hopefully just suck me in for the next 2 weeks. I was thinking between Dead Rising 3, Assassin's Creed IV and Thief.

Borderlands 1 and 2. Nothing out for the X1 even comes close to this immersion.

Diablo III is also a good shout.

Well you liked Skyrim, maybe play TES: Oblivion? it's cheap, huge and very immersive. The graphics are dated, but that shouldn't matter.
People say I'm no good, crazy as a loon.
'Cause I get stoned in the morning, and drunk in the afternoon.

I'd honestly suggest finding the nearest body of water and laying down or sitting on sand within view of it. Beach, lake, pond, it doesnt really matter. As long as there's people. If the sight doesnt put things into perspective to a point where you can clear your head and unburden yourself, there should be enough in view to, at the very least, remind you that most everyone else is some kind of disappointed with adulthood, also.

'Hey, what's your name?' Is among the best icebreakers there is if youre not that comfortable with strangers.

If youre dead set on staying in, id go with forza 5, but gaming isnt much of a substitute for life when the world seems like it sucks.

Feel better, bud.
