What is MS's plan now that Titanfall didn't steal the PS4's thunder?

Microsoft literally plotted to make March the month where the Xbox One came out on top in the hardware sales, but that clearly didn't happen and inFamous: Second Son actually propelled PS4 sales higher than ever.

Now that Titanfall is out, gamers are looking forward to the next big Xbox One game, but there doesn't seem to be one in sight for many months. How does MS plan to continue fighting the PS4 and Sony's reign over this gen, it's as if they didn't even consider that Titanfall might not do what they intended it to do for the Xbox One.

Also, with Mario Kart 8 releasing on Wii U next month, there is a good chance that MS and the Xbox One may stay in third place for a long time provided it sells like passed Mario Kart games. I just want to know what they intended to do as the holidays are still a long way off

Titanfall WAS never an exclusive so there was no reason to think it would magically generate these huge sales for the XB1.

The world is ending. Microsoft was clearly not prepared for Neon and Concrete powers in the same game. Time to melt down all of the Xbox ones and make a monument to the great Sony gods so that future generations remember Sony alongside such greats as Vesuvius, Hindenberg, and Titanic.

You must be joking. MS spent MILLIONS pushing the game as a huge reason to buy an Xbox One

Lol a reason to buy a xbone you said? I have the game on 360 got boring as soon as I hit level 14 and you realize all you do it get in a Titan few second later it blow up then try and see how long that get repetitive then there go your $60 bones

Continue to sleep easy at night and to make billions in profit,

While sony are struggling to make any decent profit, plus having to sell shares is never a good sign either,

don't forget their desperate tactics by cutting the price, giving the game away for free, and giving away one year's worth of live. :)

One game doesn't make or break a system so trolls like you need to stop. The is yet to come from all 3 systems so have a seat and enjoy some troll mix and enjoy the ride.
