Sorry for a little off topic in my previous post...

On topic though, I think 6mbps is low... If that's your upload speed, then that's even worse...

Can you game? Yes but will you experience difficulties? Yes... Ex: downloads take forever, uploading videos will be a lifetime, lag (sometimes) multiplayer etc...

Goodluck, hope u don't have any of those problems

lol...wow

I get roughly 3-5mbps and it's fine

I get about 3 mpbs and it seems fine for anything but Halo. Just doing co-op online with someone 5 miles away is nearly unplayable

Uh, it would be easier to tell you if you used proper capitalization. Do you mean MB/ps? Or Mb/ps?

That translates to Mega Bytes per per second or Mega bits per per second...

The minimum you need for console gaming is 1.8 download 0.7 upload.

MS and Sony fanboys are equally stupid. Currently playing XB1 and PS4 and loving it. Don't be apart of their "war"

Your performance is going to be bottlenecked by your upload speed in most cases. If you live in the United States and don't have a fibre optic connection, your upload is likely horrendous.
