I wonder if Xbox one will every run 1080p on Multi platform games

Especially for games like Dragon age inquisition, Destiny, etc.

I doubt it. Except for maybe 2d games? I figure the xbone could run those at 1080p. I think MS should encourage more developers to go back to using 2d.
They say she's low down, but it's just a rumor I don't believe 'em.

Much like the ps4.. on some games yes, on some games no.

I'm not sure if Direct X12 will change much even with microsoft saying it will make everything easier for devs to program.

If the 360 and PS3 can do it why exactly do you think the X1 can't?

Not likely.
Further into this gen it is likely the ps4 might struggle for 1080p on multiplat, exclusives may stay at 1080p.
When the ps4 is forced into 900p the xboxone will be struggling for 720p.

I don't see the bar raising higher, it will only start to dip.

Eventually it will. It's just the start of the generation, they're going to learn how to squeeze more out of the Xbone.
Just look at a game that came out at the start of the 360's lifespan, compared to games coming out now. There is a major difference.
