Came back to Xbox One after few weeks off of it (install question)

I havent played or used this console for a couple of weeks and tonight after I started it up and got whatever updates I needed after booting it up, all the games I have installed already on it are telling me they need to be installed when I put the disks in and try to access them.

Example- Titanfall was probly the last thing I played a couple weeks ago and never even took the disk out, but tonight when I tried to play it it said 'needs to install' and I don't mean 'needs to update'.

I realize that updates are going to occur and need to be DL'd before playing but this is saying 'install'. The space is still used on the HDD, so what gives?

Tried searching for some info but it just leads to sources of info complaining about load times and telling people that the reason the bar never moves is because it DL's the updates first, which Im already well aware of.

any help would be appreciated

Cheers

Updates, I'd assume.
