Power question

If I big an Xbox one in America and bring it back to the uk how will I power it because I know the voltage is higher here, sorry don't know much about this stuff

Well I have no idea either seeing as how I've never ventured out of North America but if I were to do what you described I guess I would start here

Namely, buying some of these plug adapters to use in your country's outlets that fit American plugs. Make sure you do your research to make sure nothing gets fried in the process as that could be expensive.

I'd assume around $30-$50, don't know how that would transfer over to pounds though.
