C/D Phil Spencer should be CEO of Microsoft

Since Nadella is sitting on his thumbs doing nothing to better the brand while Phil is cleaning up everyone else's messes; it's clear who should be in charge.

Gates needs to be removed from the board of directors before it can happen though, being stubborn enough to continue keeping Nadella as a puppet king while fronting a 'I'm not the CEO anymore' face keeps Spencer from having a shot at turning Microsoft's fortunes around.

How do you know what the current CEO does every day? Oh wait... you don't?

You don't.

Microsoft is too big to start making huge changes at once.. They have shareholders to listen to.

Oh wait, so everything that happened thus far is Nadella? And that Phil is just some sock monkey pretending to be the one who's cleaning up the mess when all he's doing is following orders?

Yeah, you make no sense. Face it, Phil is doing a better job fixing the brand image of Microsoft than Nadella is.

Spencer seems to be getting the Xbox brand some good will. Keep him there where he can keep his focus on that and that alone. Putting him too high up would have him be all over the company, and him having a good mind for the gaming division does not mean it would transfer over to every other sector.

CEOs are figurehead for media, they listen to ideas rather then create them, He is fine where he is.

Play for the games not the evil corporation, they're all evil in the end.

Oh yea, let's remove the guy who finally understands video games and is making good changes from his position at Xbox and make him CEO, even though Microsoft as a whole is already very profitable.
