three reasons, mainly... for marketing, they can

1. use screenshots, where u cant tel if the game is smooth /60fps or not
2. for trailers, they make it all prerendered
3. for gampeplay, they use pc or ps4 footage

this way no1 knows how laggy the games are until they buy them. what do u guys think?

i am just stating the facts i own a xbone myself but im just saying i see all these topic why no 60 fps why lag etc etc etc these are the reasons i feel imo

You know that the publishers do that, not necessarily MS or Sony themselves. They don't publish every game out there.
