the point is, when you play a game you forget about resolution after a minute

that's the whole point of them, to forget ****. Apart from if you're playing on an original Game Boy in a dark room. But on X1 you don't sit there thinking I wish I had 100 more pixels whilest shooting Cyberdemons ... or do you?

Agreed. When I first started up the 900p DR3 I looked so carefully to see if there were any jaggies or loss in image quality. After slicing through a few hordes and exploring rooftops I just didn't care.

True enough. Sustaining a solid framerate is a much bigger issue.

Pointless topic. If you enjoy X1 then enjoy it. Don't get pressured into defending your choice by lonely sony fans who care about your purchases more than you do. You can even tell em sony won and they still won't shut up so the best thing to do is just ignore them as they sit on M$ boards because apparently we are much more entertaining than the ps4.

Enjoy your X1 and don't listen to anyone saying anything about ps4 unless they're willing to buy you one. Nothing worse than someone who bought the "better" console, who can't stop trying to tell people they bought the "better" console over and over to complete strangers.

I can afford both consoles but straight up say that my reason for not getting a ps4 now is all of the people who own one. If I had one it might as well "always be offline" because I'd never communicate with any of them. Only .0000003% of them are actually cool enough to not be trying to fight the fanboy war.
