How often do you power cycle?

The main reason would be memory leaks. Memory leaks happen when something keeps taking up memory every so often, and that memory is never cleared. So eventually, all the memory gets taken up (while the Xbox does nothing to clear it) and it runs out of usable memory which causes the bugs and slowdowns.

Doing a power cycle fixes that because when it turns off completely, all the memory is cleared. This only happens if you use Instant On, since if you don't it turns off all the way whenever you turn it off normally.
