Probably the DRM, always online, 24-hour check in, and the Kinect. Things that MS has already addressed.
For me, it was this stuff. But as has been said, MS has addressed it to my satisfaction, and as such, I will be getting one probably around September or October. Had they not been stupid in the first place, I might have one already, but they were, so I don't. --- Sometimes I honestly think that Online is the WORST thing that ever happened to gaming.

Yeah because we all know high end graphics make a system successful.

Nothing is wrong with the console. If you love you xbox 360 you will like the xbox one. The only problem I guess is the lack of games but, thats on both consoles.
But didn't you hear? People aren't buying xbox ones because they're happier with the 360. Even though true, just messing with you even though your post does kind of sound like people should buy the xbox one because of MS and not worry about the other options available to consumers.
To get back to the topic, nothing is really wrong with it except a lot of games are multiplatform and the PS4 has the better hardware for the same price. Also, for the fact that the xbox one seemed to put gaming as a secondary objective rather than the primary one.
