suppsosedly xbox one version of snipr elite 3 was forced to be 1080p to match the PS4 so theres no Resolution complainers

but then that leads to screen tearing, less effects, and dropped frammrate due to the hardware trying to compensate?

is that true?

for example Digital Foundry side by side video you can see clear screen tearing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aItGKOjrKBQ

whats going on, cant we get 1080p for this game without the screen tearing or something?

No one cares about 1080p or not!

What TRUE gamers want are fun games with tons of replayability like Ryse and Titanfall!

Duh, it's 1080p who wants to play a game in 720p in the next gen era

DUDEE...

I used to play Adventure on the Atari 2600 all day as a kid. I think I can handle something that's not 1080p.

Original gameboy. 160x144. That was the pinnacle of gaming. Everything since then has been totally unnecessary.

Xbone should stick to 720p. The game really show xbone cant really handle game at 1080p. Poor fps, poor textures, less graphic effects, poorer control. 720p clearly the best way to go with xbone.

Scientists have done studies that show the human eye can't see anything more than 10FPS and 360p. So all this talk about resolution and FPS and such is bogus!
