Xbox is more quiet.

My Xbox has a slight fan noise at all times when it's on, but I've seen another Xbox One that doesn't have that fan noise. Either way, the fan is more quiet than the PS4.

I said ps4 is more quiet last time. After seeing how it warms up and accelerates its fans I take that back. Though it's only noisy if you're in a quiet room.

Xbox, although you can't say the ps4 is much louder.

The PS4 would be louder, if I owned one. Not because of the fan or motor or anything but because you'd hear me yelling at the screen cause I'm losing at Call Of Duty Ghosts. Why? Because PSN is so slow and unreliable; making me lag. XLive 4 Life!

My XONE is a lot more quiet. I don't know if I have faulty PS4 or something, but when I play Second Son, it goes in to jet engine mode. The rest of the time it's pretty quiet though.

Doesn't matter; like the other guy said, COD's horrible netcode and connection would have me yelling louder than the fan.
