The truth is more gamers are awaiting Project Spark than are awaiting The Witcher 3. Truth hurts!

If I'm not mistaken, isn't that footage taken from the presentation MS had on-stage? How'd they run a framerate test?

They framerate tested the video.

I don't even have an Xbox One and I still think this topic is dopey. Even the original source of the video acknowledged it's still an early, unoptimised build. Will it be better by the final? Who knows, but you can't just go barking it about like it's a fact.

DF- "A potential stress-point for the engine is in combat, where we detect stutters down to the mid-20fps range - the additional development time CDPR gave itself should hopefully see optimisation efforts implemented to level out the frame-rate."

And yet there's no hiccups in gameplay. Can they really test gameplay footage from a video without actually playing the game tho? Wouldn't that just mean the video footage drops below 20?

Like others said, games not out til feb, relax, it'll be fixed

How can you be so sure when plenty of already-released games like DR3, Ryse and TF are already suffering from pretty terrible framerate drops?

I've played hours of all 3 of those games and never noticed any hiccups in gameplay

Have only played DR3 and TF. DR3 has some framerate dips, but I have never found them to be game breaking. TF has not had framerate issues for me except when lag enters the picture, which is not TF`s fault

Amazing.
Can't wait for the end of Xbox Ones lifespan, games will be dropping below 10fps.
I mean, it hasn't even been a year yet and it's already struggling, when it is at its strongest.
It just becomes more outdated with time.

no surprise here. X1 weak and inferior hardware. system resouces hugged by kinect and heavy windows 8 os. microsoft needs to drop kinect and streamline windows 8 for X1 to free up system resources for dev to use.

if that, it is still inferior hardware compare to ps4. i suggest for these title like witcher 3, get it on PC if you dont plan to get it on ps4. it is what it is.

If games when they release were exactly how they are at E3 then Watch_Dogs wouldn't have had some of the backlash it did....

watch dog was a disaster because they had to pic X1 as lowest denominator hardware and dumb down for ps4 and especially for pc. that noob's move pissed off pc community. watch dog epic fail in pc because of weak X1

I remember when I used to game on an Atari and it was the greatest thing ever, now we have all these young little stuck up fart sniffers who moan about frame rates and resolution like it somehow matters.

Entitled little buggers.

When you have two products that cost the same and one runs better looking games EVERY TIME, you would be foolish to settle for less games all the time for years and years. Video games isn't a cheap hobby and people want the most they can for their money, nothing wrong with that.

Now if the weaker product were cheaper and games cheaper, then you have presented the consumer with a real choice; pay more for better quality of the same games or pay less but settle for less quality. That would be one way to address the quality issue fairly for the consumer.

and you are CORRECT. but game developer will not accept $20 lower price game tag for X1. so they will always do this, pick X1 the lowest pathetic denominator hardware and dumb down quality for ps4 and pc gammer. the dev will always screw pc community

Lol yes because the XBO is weaker than PS360 while the PS4 is a supercomputer instead of maybe half a step above XBO.
