Just got an Xbox One and have 3 questions

I used to play on a 360, and there's a few things on this that I can't quite figure out.

1. Every time I turn the console on I need to manually sign in. It's just me using it, so how do I make it just sign me in every time like the 360 did?

2. How do I play videos from a USB drive? I can't for the life of me find the thing that does that and I've just been re-plugging my 360 in to watch stuff lol

3. These analogue sticks are way too small for my thumbs... any suggestions on a controller with more surface area on the analogue sticks? (size the 360 controller had was perfect)

1. You can enable auto sign-in in the settings under preferences.

2. No idea.

3. Google Kontrol Freeks. They're small attachments for the analog sticks that make them longer and have more surface area.
