This is a really bad source of comparison. If anything, you'd be better off drawing a parallel to the Intel HD 4000 vs the Intel HD 4600.

They both use custom versions of the same CPU, but the Xbox One's CPU is clocked at 1.75 GHz and PS4's is at 1.6 GHz.

175gz cpu ? lol..i doubt any cpu would get to that anyway because designers prefer archetecture from speed because of heat barrier..thats also why cpus have more cores
