So if the developers can push graphics more on the....

Both consoles are under powered, have yet to see a true next gen game that blows my mind, and I will give you an example that 1080p 60fps is not always a good thing,Tomb Raider on PS4 is not locked at 60 fps and dips big time making it hard to play when chaos happen's but on X1 its locked at 30fps and does not dip at all,yes the PS4 version does look better but it does not PLAY better, and with WD and now Destiny you are seeing the gap closing in,in a few months 95% of all multi plats will be the same on both, just wait for Halo 5 that game alone will put ponies to bed,but in the end both consoles are weak.

Get a PC if you want 1080/60 because you will not get it on these consoles.

Using Digital Foundry is pure fail.

Your opinion--I disagree.

I've personally played Wolfenstein on both systems and it in facts does look better on XO.

Your opinion--I disagree. Again.

I don't get into these things, because I can never tell the difference, but they test these games using a computer and programming. It is a fact and proven with validity. The PS4 is just stronger and plays multiplats better.

Why would you straight out lie man? It is a proven fact that side by side comparisons, show that the PS4 is better.

However my 12 year old son doesn't care, he loves his X1.

Weird considering those same side by sides for Wolfenstein clearly show sharper and more detailed textures. Definitely not hard to tell. Maybe you should invest in a better monitor to spot differences. Again.. Maybe it's XO's sharpening filter, but it clearly makes textures more detailed.

It's plain as day to see many things. Like more detail on the ground. More detail on the hand holding the gun. It's absolutely hilarious to disprove that the detail is higher on XO. It's plain as day.

No.

Outside of the more aggressive dynamic framebuffer on the Xbox One, there's little to separate it from the PS4 game. Shadow quality is slightly better on the PS4, but the artwork, effects and lighting are all basically identical. The PS4 holds up the closest in delivering a native 1080p experience at 60fps, so benefits from slightly more consistent image quality. As such, once again it's the PS4 release that is our preferred console choice. However, the differences between the two consoles are minor and Wolfenstein is really a worthwhile purchase no matter which one of these systems you own.

I don't play on a monitor, I play on a 60" plasma, the size that Microsoft admits the differences can be seen, the size that they admit you can see their graphics don't quite keep up to the PS4's.

And I purchased both systems, so I don't have to rely on screenshots in many situations. I get to see for myself.

And I do agree with the DF article someone linked above--even though I had to borrow the copies, I can see a difference.

Because the roughly 4 million owners of xboxone will buy it regardless.
Why put time and effort into increasing fps when the target audience will buy it however it ships.

Look at the crushing blacks xboxone causes, yet people are still super excited for Evil Within on xboxone even though it will likely look terribly dark and lose a ton of detail because of it.

At this point most people know if you want the better console version of a game which console to buy it on.
The rest just settle with what they own.

The crushed blacks were fixed a while ago.

Using Digital Foundry is pure fail. It's been known that they favor anything running on a Playstation over the Xbox.

What? Now that statement is just a pure fail on your part.

No quote is needed for this 3 page teardown of the PS3 version.

Those guys are single handily ruining the way gaming is looked at.

No, the people making fraudulent claims on message boards (such as saying Wolfenstein The New Order looks better on the Xbox One without any evidence to back it up) and slandering reliable sources such as Digital Foundry are the ones ruining the way gaming is looked at.

You really think anything that happens on gamefaqs message boards has the potential to ruin the way gaming is looked at? Nothing that is said on gamefaqs matters.
