With only 3 exclusive IPs in the stable, I don't think MS can justify having a console anymore. With a recent $400 million loss, I think it's in their best financial interests to take Killer Instinct, Forza and Halo to greener pastures.

If xbox fails. Microsoft game studios will just go to making windows exclusive games. They will never make games for sony or nintendo.
