Bungie ordered to return Marty O' Donnell founder shares

Bungie was always terrible, but a lot of people will remain wilfully ignorant of flaws if they are getting something they like out of them (ie Halo). Same happens with athletes, actors, musicians et cetera. Glad this judge did the right thing, unfortunately many don't in some of the other instances I listed. =(

It would make for a good comedy though... In a world where millions of gamers look forward to a once in a lifetime game--millions of man hours, millions of dollars spent, billions at stake... but it's all at the mercy of one douche bag... named Marty. Jim Carrey plays Marty, and the entire movie is him causing mischief at a board meeting until at the end, everyone learns a lesson of some kind.

just because your legally right doenst mean your right morally.

bad companies get rich all the time because they have good lawyers.

Well, since laws exist and have actual power, whereas morality is subjective fluff of no importance... I'm inclined to give legally right a bit more weight.

But laws were given power by people with morals. Just because he's legally able to return doesn't mean he didnt try to screw something over.

We don't know what happened is all I'm saying.

This is what happens when companies don't ask their attorneys for advice.
