I have a 5 year old PC with an AMD 5870 GPU.
I can run Diablo 3 at 1080p with no issues at all.

The GPU in the Xbox is much better than the one in my PC, yet it somehow struggles.

There is clearly an issue there and I'm fairly certain it's not the GPU.

actually your GPU is a good bit better than the Xbox one and PS4s GPU. The CPUs are both almost the same in the Xbox one and PS4 and the GPUs are close as well. The difference of the PS4 and Xbox one GPU is around the difference of a 5870 vs a 5850 but thats just an example neither is as strong as those GPUs. The CPUs are even closer in terms of power. Thats why its ridiculous to claim that the PS4 is so much stronger when neither is anything great and both will and are stomped by any modern mid/low range PC GPU/CPU.

You're right, apparently the 5870 is better than the xbox and ps4 GPU equivalent.
I never looked it up, because I assumed they would be better.

Damn, that's rather surprising.

If only Microsoft put an extra $10 towards the hardware.

Indeed. Imagine that all this nonsense is what you cared about in terms of gaming. Gaming as a hobby would just flat out suck.

Looks and plays just awesome on my X-1 and I am pretty pumped at how much fun it is on a console after only playing it on my PC as Vanilla.

I see a lot of time sunk into this bad boy.

I will try and see it from your point of view, but I doubt we'll be able to fit both our heads up there.

Hey, TC, can YOU plug yourself into the TV and play a 3 year old, last gen game at 1080p and 60FPS? No? Then lay off the Xbox One!!!
