With XBOX LIVE being crippled by DDOS attacks that DRM MS wanted so badly would have rendered the ONE inoperable. I guess MS fans should thank Sony.

Xbox live seems pretty unphased by the DDos (Watching Netflix right now)

Also so long as your last check in wouldn't have been longer than 24 hours past you could have played offline, just saying.

Only the 360 sign in process is currently limited

XBO seems to have multiplayer issues.

I'm not sure how people should be thanking Sony when they were DDos'd first regardless of their stance on DRM. I guess the effects of DDoS on Sony could be a wake up call to MS?

Netflix and Amazon are unaffected overall it seems? It worked fine on my PS4 when PSN was down.

Might also get a One one or two years from now because it seems to agitate ponies suggesting it might have something worthwhile after all.
