I'd say the wifi is your problem. sounds kind of like you are having signal/channel conflicts, I'm with the other poster on switching to wired, that's how I have my xbox one hooked up and I've never lost connection except when my internet service goes out.

It's sounding like you might have to get into this. Best bet, call either Cisco or xbox support to help. I can't find much on your model but you might have to mess with NAT.

Yes and when you call them, they'll say the scope of support burden on Microsoft's part so you'll be jerked around by both companies not wanting to support the issue.

Cisco should be able to guide you. You can try your internet provider but it sounds like you own the router not your internet provider.
