I am unable to stay connected to live

TC, there's a few issues. I'm just going to copy and paste the exact thing I said yesterday in the same kind of topic:

--Reset your router to factory defaults to get rid of all the forwarding, DMZ, and all that crap. Or just undo it. Especially if you have other Xboxes (including 360). Just enable UPNP.

--What's your modem model number? Often your ISP gives you a gateway, not a modem. And if you're also using that DLink, that's a double NAT. Buy your own modem instead. I suggest the Motorola SB6141 for Time Warner Cable, I think Comcast also uses that one.

--The other issue is the Xbox One and it's quick wake mode. Set that to "energy saving". I know it sucks, you can't do the voice-on, and it takes longer to boot up, and you can't save your games mid state, but it fixes some of the the network problems when you have multiple xboxes (such as an Xbox One and an Xbox 360) on your network. This alone may not fix it, but it may be part of the problem.

This may also help, regarding more than one Xbox on the same router:

kid that status has been up on that page for almost a week, that has nothing to do with his problem.

Yeah. It does.

too bad you can't read because if you could you would see he has no problem connecting and staying connected to live on his 360.

You try way too hard.

I am also surprised at the complete lack of intelligence in this topic. Have many of you not learned how to narrow down a problem.

Its either.

1. you xbox one wifi is broken you need a replacement.
2. modem conflict with xbox one
3. Port problems

wiring your xbox one I believe would exclude port problems.
trying another modem would elimiate modem conflict. Go to best buy pick one up, if doesnt work either return it.
If that doesnt work, looks like its the wifi on your xbox one.

Yeah, TC. This reply is the best one. It should finally solve your months long and mutliple hardware issue of only your Xbox One not being able to stay connected to Wifi.

Try the following

Nightly Suicide
I have noticed this issue has been coming up a lot. This issue has happen to me too. Me and Daniel from Xbox Support (thanks btw) featured it out.

Problem

Pins are blank and the Store tab is Gone completely. Saying Having trouble connecting. There could be a problem with our servers.

Solution

Clear cache and clear Alternate MAC Address (Personally I think just clearing Alternate MAC Address would fix it, but it can't hurt to do both)

How to clear cache

Settings, Disc & Blu-Ray, Persistent Storage, Clear persistent storage

How to clear Alternate MAC Address

Settings, Network, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear (System will ask to Restart)

Not trying to be mean, but that's a router. I'm asking about the modem.

Could be an ip conflict, try a static ip. When in network settings under WiFi wright down your ip address primary dns and other info there. Then change it to manual, fill in your ip but change the number after the last decimal to something higher like 99. Fill in other stuff the same as you wrote down, then do port forwarding with the ip you made.

Tldr/didn't work: just get a super long cat 5 cord and or have xbox replaced.

I think its just a conflicting of ips cause I CAN connect, it just does not stay connected and only hard resets enables me to connect again
