Since when do gamers care what game company's bbb rating is?

Gamers may not, but parents researching which console to buy their kids do.

Lol yeah ok buddy.

Laugh all you want, but Xbox one has pretty dismal sales compared to the other companies.

I'm laughing because you think people actually use BBB when deciding to buy a console.

Well with the RROD fiasco I don't wanna risk the same as the 360 with an X1 so since they have F!! rating I'm not so sure about getting one later.

Maybe in several years to see how the day 1's are holding up. Alot cheaper then too, like $199 Kinectless with three games and a year Xbox Live, maybe subcription time to Netflix etc).

Then it might be worth it.

Not everyone checks BBB, but educated consumers do.

I recently started watching this show on ABC called The Checkout and they tell you all the tips and tricks consumers should use when making a purchase.

BBB is important.

BBB is not trusted by a lot of people because they do sketchy things is my main point. It seems the educated consumer would avoid BBB.

For major home improvements, I always check the BBB. Had a balcony redone and to this day, I'm glad I consulted them.

Regarding Microsoft's rating--I did contact the BBB to complain about Microsoft's policies after being suckered into buying the Kinect after they dropped it.

"Correct. Xbox One is Kinect." Microsoft VP
Really...seems this Day One Edition purchaser was "Madoff-ed by Microsoft."
