Quote:Well it saves you the install time. And no one is forcing you to pre load if you don't want to.
My only complaint is you can't preload without buying (like if you were picking up a disc version). @Slippyed Agreed. That's my only complaint. There are other incentives for me to buy disc, but them's the breaks. I'm not gonna cry about it. --- Gamertag: The2ndShadow PSN: ReZsoLuTioN
I've said it once and i'll say it again. Destiny is going to crash on day one, it's almost a sure thing. Look at any other major online titles on release day. Heavy amounts of traffic on a fresh server never end up well. Don't get yourself too excited about that 3 hours of waiting to see an error message when the game is unplayable for the first 12-24 hours.
I'm as excited as anybody for the game, but let's all be realistic for one moment. --- http://i.imgur.com/9J7Prgg.jpg TWSSted since~ 3/27/12
MS thinks because they are West coast they can pretend West coast is relevant. Vote with your dollars and flood MS support with complaints, or you're letting the inferior coast win.
You should do the same with steam too then. They have it set up the same way. It's likely up to the publisher
I've never pre-ordered anything on Steam, so I'm safe. Honestly, who pays for than $5 for anything on PC? The free alternatives are far too handy to spend much more on PC. --- http://i.imgur.com/8LUhEFG.jpg
Umm... You do realize you still wouldn't get it until 12 pacific with the hard copy right? It's nothing but a benifit unless you want to ride to the mountain time zone and ride back. Yea I just bit on a troll topic but whatever.
This is funny, and completely wrong. I live in central time, and 45 minutes from an eastern time gamestop. I've never done it, but if I wanted to, I could get games at midnight EST (9 PST) and ride back to my parent's house and play OR ride back to my house and play them 15 minutes before midnight CST. --- Consoles currently hooked up to my tv: xb1, ps4, xbox 360, ps3, wii, wiiU, atari 2600 PSN: LONGNUTTZ XBL: xLONGNUTTSx
