No audio with recording clips

When I say "xbox record that" the clip records but when I go to watch it I have no sound. Anyone else have this issue?

I tried hard reset and unplugged console and kinect. Still not working

Did you try recording a new clip after that? The old ones won't get sound, but new ones should have it

What game? If it's NBA 2K there is never any audio for some reason

Nhl 15 demo. But I tried one on the dashboard and was getting nothing as well

There is no audio due to the in game music. Perhaps other games that play licensed music took a similar approach.

Have you tried editing the clip on your PC to see if it has an audio track at all?

Does your TV volume impact the volume the clip is recorded at?
