Let's count next gen remasters: Sony: 4 - Microsoft: 1

Obviously it's because Sony makes better games that warrant a remastered version. Halo is the only mediocre game worth remastering since MS's first parties (?) make crappy games.

Fable and Gears. 2nd party sure, but MS owns those IPs right?

And even more about Oddworld New N Tasty--not published or developed by Sony, also coming to PC, Linux, Xbox One at some point.

But sure, yeah, Sony totally remastered the original Oddworld.

Yeah dude, this doesn't count since all of those HALO games are packaged into one title. Nice try though. -_-"

Only Halo 2 is the only remastered the rest aren't. I guess math skills go down the drain when people are upset and rustled.

The difference is that those 4 games are being sold in one package.. Also only halo 2 has been remastered. H1 was already remastered last gen and h3 and h4 just got a resolution and fps update not a remaster.

Doesnt matter if they are packaged into one title, it is still four remastered/re released games by Microsoft. If you want to count TLOU as a remaster since all it got was a FPS and resolution boost, all four halos are fair game as well. Packaged as one or not is irrelevant. At this point you are arguing semantics so that your initial argument has any weight meanwhile any person with even a hint of intelligence can see right through it.

LMaO, what's the difference between upping the frame rate and resolution and a remaster?

Nothing other than semantics. Wasn't TLOU just resolution and framerate bump as well? It certainly wasn't an entirely different engine.

Thank god you guys are so unbiased!

This topic shows the ignorance of a lot of people on here (not that we already knew that) but I get a kick out of how they dance around the subject after being proven wrong. Sony still winning tho.
