LMaO, what's the difference between upping the frame rate and resolution and a remaster?

Nothing other than semantics. Wasn't TLOU just resolution and framerate bump as well? It certainly wasn't an entirely different engine.

Thank god you guys are so unbiased!

Wut?! This guy lol. You do know they did more than just a resolution and framerate bump for the remaster right? Which is the reason why they called it a remaster.

Oh, do tell! What else did they do?

I can't wait to hear how your bias affects the definition of "remaster" again!

*sips coffee*

I hope you weren't just pulling that out of you know where;)

I did this purposely so you could respond like that.

So...higher-resolution textures and lighting?

LMAO, please tell me this isn't your reply.

Naturally upping the resolution is going to up the resolution of the textures.

...what?

Texture resolution can only be increased by increasing the size of the texture maps, usually adding more detail to the textures in the process. Output resolution has nothing to do with that.

I want: Lost Odyssey Remastered

How about Lost Odyssey 2 instead?

I honestly would love that, but seeing how they only develop mobile games now I find it unlikely. Though the mobile game they are making in oct if gets 2M downloads they will port it to consoles. I much rather them just make console games though.

Are people ITT really trying to argue that Halo:MCC is somehow one game? I mean what's even the point of that. Remasters are good.

Remastered Editions have been nice when there are hardly any games out on the systems, but unless they are classics and not games that came out in the last year, I think we will see less and less of them.
