LMAO, look at all the trolls trying to spin Microsoft's generosity.XD

It's not a secret that MS has been doing everything it can to make it's customers happy.
Starting with providing free pack in games like Forza, and then taking it a step further with Titanfall and giving a $50 discount on top of the free Titanfall. Everyone who owns a XB1 will be able to play Forza 5 for free for a weekend.
Now MS is even offering any game of choice for free to anyone who purchases an XB1, not to forget Sunset Overdrive will also come with an XB1 for free.

And yet people claim that Sony is for the gamers? When was the last time Sony gave away free games like this, not counting the PS+ titles, which come with a subscription and are not brand new AAA games like Titanfall and Sunset Overdrive. As far as I know PS4 owners are lucky to get a $10 discount on PS4 bundles. lol@ Destiny Bundle for $450.

Desperation sometimes breeds generosity.

Don't confuse generosity with trying desperately to sell their console. Microsoft do not give a flying f*** about you, only what's in your wallet.

I'm sorry OP, but it's not generosity, they are just trying to sell consoles in any way they can, if it means that they have to give away ONE game, I doubt it phases them much at all...

To be fair though, it's not generosity. It's just MS trying to up sales. Standard business practice when companies don't meet expectations. They throw as much at the wall as they can. Most companies are guilty of it.

As for PS4, regardless of whether it's a better or worse plastic box than the X1, it doesn't need to give anything away. It's doing so unbelievably well that it can do a plastic box/game bundle and only knock 5/10 off the RRP and it will still sell.

If MS or Nintendo catch up or surpass Sony, then expect them to employ the same tactics. It's not generosity. It's business. None of these companies care about us. Everything they do is to generate revenue.
Thanks for the response and have a blessed day.

If they were so "generous", why aren't they giving a free game to everyone? Oh right, they want to sell more consoles.
