Episode 2 has no Replay option and Episode 3 starts Episode 1

I finished Episode 2 but now when I try to start episode 3, it starts episode 1 instead. I tried going to the replay option and replaying the end of episode 2 but the option isn't there like it is for episode 1. Does anyone know what this means or what I can do? I tried re-downloading episode 3 but it still has the same problem,

I have the SAME EXACT problem. I posted this in the topic "Can't Start episode 3". No one seems to know how to fix this.

Needs a patch then.

I posted this on the other thread but I'll put it here too.

I had the same problem and found this workaround on Telltale's forums. After you finish episode two and you're back at the main menu, quit the game. Go to system settings/memory and select the device the game is stored on. Select games, scroll down to Walking Dead, and select it. Delete episodes two, four, and five. Dont delete episode one as its required for the game to run and dont delete your save file. Start the game back up and you should be able to play episode three. After you finish three, you'll want to delete it and redownload episode four. Basically, don't keep more than two episodes on your Xbox and you should be fine, but be sure to copy your save to another slot after each episode in case you do have problems.

Thanks. It worked but it's so annoying to have to re-download every episode right before I play it. Atleast I can finally play all of the chapters. Then I'll download all of the chapters again and never touch this game until it is patched.

Oh, believe me, I agree on it being annoying, but from browsing Telltale's forums it doesn't seem like they have any plans to address this issue. Hopefully the second season won't have any major issues like this one does, but even if it does they've done such a good job with the story that I'll have to say "Shut up and take my money!"
