Back when I was playing through Meruru on the PS3 (before we had either of the FAQs we did today), I tried to compile a quick "bulk list" of all the items you had to find or alchemize to complete all the "fetch" and "create" missions through the game.
It was handy on the NG+ so I knew which items to leave with Pamela so I could buy them in bulk. (Typically did that wtih Bombs and Pies instead of trying to meet the trait requirements.) It's also a bit less overwhelming than the FAQs if all you want is a quick checklist. (Unless Krystal rewrote the guide at some point to include something like this and I missed it.)
With new quests (and possibly rebalanced requirements) in Meruru Plus, I imagine some of this info is no longer 100% accurate, but it might still have its uses.

Again, this is just a "bulk list." It doesn't say WHEN you need items, just (for example) you'll need a minimum of 5 Magic Stones throughout the course of the game (or 10 if you don't fulfill any of the trait requirements).
