ITT: we list moves, abilities and/or items we'd like to see in this new Gen

You may also include changes to old moves, abilities and/or items. :)

My list:

New Moves:
-Jet Fire: a fire-type priority move (same as Quick Attack and the others, only it's fire-type);
-Aura Tackle: a physical version of Hidden Power (same mechanics);
-Dispersing Wind: a flying-type version of Rapid Spin;

Move Changes:
-Stealth Rock's damage is halved (normal damage is 1/16, 4x super-effective damage is 1/4, and so on);
-Hail increases the defense of ice-type Pokémon (also applies to Snow Warning).

New Abilities:
-Quick Reflex: this Pokémon is immune to offensive priority moves;
-No Escape: the opposing Pokémon can't switch out by using Baton Pass, U-Turn or Volt Switch (the moves may still deal damage, but the user won't switch out). Regular switching is still possible;
-Guard Break: the Pokémon's moves can't be blocked or have its damage reduced by Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Protect, Detect, Endure or Substitute (in Substitute's case, the Substitute automatically fades before the move has an effect if it's a damage-dealing move).

Ability Changes:
-Drought, Drizzle, Sand Stream and Snow Warning now only change the weather for five turns (eight with the corresponding rock), like their move counterparts;
-Cloud Nine and Air Lock now erase weather permanently, rather than just negating its effects as long as the Pokémon is around;
-Serene Grace boosts the chance of added effects by 50%, rather than doubling it (Jirachi's Iron Head, for example, has only a 45% flinch rate, rather than 60%);
