The cover mascots are almost always related to each other, and share very similar stats. Usually only switching one or two stats around.

Version mascots often have the same stats, but switched around.

According to myself and using your base stats, Y-Bird should be like this:

Steel/Flying

HP: 100
Atk: 120
Def: 110
SAtk: 120
SDef: 90
Speed: 140

I don't know...but I think that the Bird would look better like this, fast and powerful :P
