Does anyone know for sure? I am afraid that he might be cut from these games, since he was clearly too powerful in generation 5.

That does not necessarily mean that Chandelure is in this game though. Perhaps there aren't any Dusk Stones in the game at all, meaning that you can not evolve Lampent. Or perhaps Shadow Tag mechanics were changed so that the Pokemon permanently has whatever hold item they were initially given, and you can only catch Litwicks with Everstones.

Chandelure isn't 00ber.

Anyone who doesn't go by Smogon tiers can see that Chandelure is clearly too powerful. And Gamefreak doesn't go by Smogon tiers.
