Gyro Ball's mechanics should be changed.

Instead of the slower Pokemon using it doing more damage to the faster receiver, the amount of damage should be determined by the Speed stat disparity between the attacker/receiver. The higher the disparity, the more damage it deals. Would have been really useful if this change was done in Pokemon Conquest.

Base Power = 25 (Target's Current Speed / User's Current Speed)

Should be more like-

Base Power = 150 [ |Target's Current Speed - User's Current Speed| / (User's Current Speed + Target's Current Speed) ]

EDIT: Scratch that, I fudged it up. But you could still have it where both the faster Pokemon AND the slower Pokemon could get the same attack power out of it, then again it might be unfair for the slower Pokemon if both had Gyro Ball in their moveset (unless Trick Room was in effect).

Nah, it's fine the way it is. Besides, gyro ball already does more damage the larger the speed disparity, just like what you wanted.

But it should work both ways, though, so that faster attackers can use it as well.

Then just use Electro Ball.
