So many close to 30 or over on here! So much love!

30 and female here. It makes me so happy to see that even though this game is targeted to children, those who started in Gen 1 (not me) are adults now and still play. I was a little worried to be one of the oldest on this board, but looking at the age demographic topic I'm really not. Most of us are in our mid to late 20's, 30's, and even 40's. Kudos guys! :) Once again Nintendo really does market games for everyone.

I'm 27 >_>
I remember picking up Diamond and Pearl that Sunday morning when it came out, and some chick in front of me was picking up the game for her kid. She asked me "You're getting the new Pokemon?" I said "Yeah. I've been playing since they came out!"

Depending on the actual release date...I will be 25 or 26. I agree with your post. So much for Pokemon being a kid game.

Wufe, I started with Diamond! That's what got me hooked. Diamond got me through a very difficult part of my life, so it's a game I hold near and dear to my heart. The fact that it was my first Pokemon game makes it special, too.

Twenty-eight and playing since Gen1. These games have taught me a heck of a lot about game design, both good and not so much. I've poured a couple hundred hours into every single gen, and look forward to doing so again.

Somehow, the chance to see all my old favorites in 3D really makes me want to catch them all this time around.

I was very disappointed with Black/White. The second one isn't too bad though. But yeah. I was starting to lose my love for the game's series. This has made me fall in love with Pokemon all over again. I'm definitely getting the new Dungeon game, too. I really enjoyed that series.

That's good :D
I bought my mom Pearl for her birthday because she was also going through a difficult time, and she would always play my games.. lol. So I decided to get her her own game.

I honestly want to try out that series. I've heard it's real good but I guess I'm just lazy... Only spin-offs I've really played are Snap (I have it on Wii), the Trading Card game video game, and I have Conquest.
