Poison-types sort have it hard...They're good defensively but suffer offensively in a way. Plus, newer Poison types are generally far and few to the point that there are more Poison-types in Gen 1 than in all the other combined.
Hopefully, they'll give them some love this gen...

I would love if they made a viable physical poison pokemon. Even if it was a little slow, as long as it kept the good defenses and had good power, I'd use it for everything.
Well, Nidoking is pretty nice and Muk is fairly bulky.
What about Scolipede and Toxicroak?
My little brother and I always have King and Queen on our teams when we play against each other. (I don't do competitive battling, I just like playing against my brother and friends.) I like Scoliopede and Toxicroak, but I'm not a fan of their designs. I'm undecided on Muk.
