Nope not blinded the first two gens aren't even my favorite.

Funny how the non-animated Gen was able to create the most movement and expression.
I still think Gen V has gorgeous sprites (except for when they zoom in on the back). But I'm saying I do understand where he was coming from with the more manufactured look the sprites have nowadays.
And if you don't understand how a static image can depict movement and personality then you don't even understand basic fundamentals of art and shouldn't be arguing it anyway.
I never said that. Obviously a static image can depict personality, I'm just stating that many of the older sprites just depicted the pokemon standing there, while the newer sprites have actual movement. I do understand where you're coming from though.
