Just like we will die against every animal? Yet Hunters exists.

Most Pokemon are really light for their size. If the person in question was physically fit they would have no problem picking up and throwing down some Pokemon. Body Slam FTW.

A human's base stats may be low, but then they have these moves:

Name: Poke Ball/Great Ball/Ultra Ball/Other types of balls
Type: ???
Power: Technically, a One-Hit KO.
Effect: Catches a Pokemon, instantly taming it.
Accuracy: Depends on Pokemon's health and type, as well as environment (sometimes).

Name: Master Ball
Type: ???
Power: Technically, a One-Hit KO.
Effect: Catches a Pokemon, instantly taming it.
Accuracy: 100%
