One of the best things about a new Pokémon game, in my opinion, is finding new Pokémon and trying them out! How would you like to explore the new Pokémon? Do you spoil them before playing the game?

The same thing I did with my other two games. I make the team as I go along.
But I do look up the Elite Four at least. :P

Usually my first run consists of grabing and trying out team members as I go. There is however one rule I follow, if they are obtainable, my team must have a Skarmory and Flygon, cause there my sig pokes and almost on all of my in-game teams, i love those guys XD.

I am going to look up info on Pokémon but just the legendaries, electric-types, dragon-types, and anything that I come across when I am playing the game.

Hopefully there'll be a habitat mode on the Pokédex again and then I can catch everything on each route and switch up my team to try out lots of different Pokémon.

I'm going to only try out/possibly add the Pokemon I really like design-wise, focusing on using my favorites instead of obsessing with assembling the most competitive team. I'm also going to prioritize the new Pokemon over the old ones. Beyond that, I'm not going to plan a team ahead of time.
