The only nerf Stealth Rock needs is for there to be a new hazard removing move(s) with decent BP.

I think these moves should remove entry hazards.

Gust - Spikes/Toxic Spikes
Hurricane - Stealth Rocks/Spikes/Toxic Spikes
Twister - Spikes/Toxic Spikes
Earthquake/Fissure - Spikes
Defog - Spikes/Stealth Rocks/Toxic Spikes
