I'm leaning a little towards Gen I-IV's style, but only beause I like how the E4 members get progressively stronger. In Gen V, they all had to be of equal level because you could fight them in any order. --- http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997614-nintendo-3ds/63766483/713440189 Official Squirtle of the Pokemon BW (2) Boards
I don't see why we can't have both. Fight them in the order you want, but each member has four different power levels with different movesets depending on which order you fight them in. --- White FC: 1034 0534 2444
I liked Gen I-IV better. Having them all be the same levels presents no challenge and was boring. --- This is why Deoxys is uber: http://i.imgur.com/qHEQt This is a picture of some cute kittens: http://i.imgur.com/wfdOk
I prefer having a specific order. It was more of a challenge and there was hierarchy established between the elite 4 members. I mean in bw I'm sure Marshall was meant to be the toughest but then again for all we know Caitlyn could kick his anus, who in turn could be beat by either shauntal or grimsley.

This. I found that once I could beat any one of the E4 I could take any other one in B/W(2). In the other games you were reliant on the level or two you gained on the guy before to get you through the next one. --- GLAD GANG l SSS l No.XII l OPBW2C-Wargle I R - Zarren I am the Anti-troll.
