Also... just so you know, just like in real life there are many different kinds of cats, expect Pokemon to have different kinds of cat Pokemon.

We have a very close one with Liepard, but that's a leopard and not a cheetah.
Although Liepard could use an evo. Dark/Electric cheetah with high speed and attack. And to go with the shady theme naming (purloin and lie), it could be called Cheatah.
