Mine are. Psyduck/Ludicolo/Farfetch'd for ducks and Beartic for polar bears.

Meowth and various other for cats, Keldeo and others for horses. :)

Birds-yeah plenty of em, specifically the crow/Murkrow.

Wolf: Not really. Some have similarities, but there's nothing distinctly lupine.
Orca: Kyogre.
Stag: Sawsbuck / Xerneas
