Substitute + Focus Punch
Return??
Stealth Rock

ive never played against other people before but these three things are always in the battles

Agreed, they're everywhere. though Stealth Rock is everywhere in the metagame too.

Well, less so on focus punch....

Return is normally found on Physical-based Normal types since it's the strongest move with no drawbacks.

Stealth Rocks can **** so much up, you'd be a fool not to use it.

Sub+Focus Punch works very well on Dry Skin Toxicroak.

That's because PS is run by the devil.

If you played with honest christian Pokemon trainers, that wouldn't happen. Stealth Rocks are a known sign of the devil and must be kept away at all costs, as it is offensive to the celestial Charizards that guard and protect us from evil.
