You also don't have to actually download anything. Mew can be easily obtained through glitches. Yeah, still not legit, but oh well.

Oh, and the whole event only thing gets its share of hate too. Especially in person ones.

Back in the old days, Disc Locked Content was known as Unlockables and unclocked them by going through and beating the game with certain conditions, etc. Most fighting games did that. Like getting 2 perfects, using a super move, no continues, beating akuma, to unlock..... Akuma. Or something like that, I don't remember the actual steps.
