Fire/Fighting was cool as hell for the first time. It was pretty much GameFreak's constant repitition of the same starter typing that made it bad. |
| Well, let's see.
Gen 1 had the Bulbasaur line, which I still don't like the looks of.
Gen 2 had Chikorita. I freakin hate the Chikorita line. Yuck.
Gen 3 had... Well, I liked all of them to be honest.
Gen 4 had Chimchar and Piplup lines. While I like Empoleon, I just don't like the rest.
Gen 5 had the Snivy line. I just don't like it and any of it's evolutions.
So, have to go with gen 4 on this. I love it, yes, but the starters looked pretty lame. Except for the Turtwig line.

| Gen 2, Cyndaquil line is cool but that's it. oddly enough it's the only Fire type starter I like enough to pick.

| None of them are bad looking. But Gen 5 is the least appealing to me.
3>1>4>2>5 Most appealing to least appealing, for me.
Edit: Dewott is freakin sweet though. Wish his evo looked better.
